We can supply a range of servers and specifications to suit the scale of recording and storage requirements.

Our preferred standard server is based on high grade industrial PC technology with latest spec of high speed processors available at time of purchase.

We do think that it is worthwhile spending that little bit extra to ensure high reliability and the safety of data storage therefore we specify servers with Dual Raid one Mirrored hard disks. Dual Power supplies and dual processors are options.

Recordings are stored firstly on the PC servers mirrored hard disks but can be automatically copied and archived to CD/DVD or other mass storage devices such as external USB hard disks or attached network storage devices.

With the high compression of CallRex Recordings with One Giga Byte of drive space you can fit 293 hours of recording.

Typically 105,000 speech hours on line access per CallRex Voice Server fitted with 400 Gbyte Drives.

(Yes that is one hundred and five thousand talk time hours )

Servers have 2 off IP NIC connection ports one for network monitoring and another for access via client licenses installed on the users desktop pc's.
